Large leather travel journal with inside and outside pockets- the ultimate travel journal

This is a unique leather travel journal. It is 100% handmade, hand punched and hand sewn by myself. When I was travelling I wanted a journal that could also be a safe place for all the knick-knacks I collected on my journey, this is the result!

The front flap of the journal has pockets sewn into both the front and the inside. On the inside are 3 pockets one designed to fit credit/debit cards.

As all the pockets are sewn onto the front flap so the blank pages in the journal will always lie completely flat no matter how much you fit into the pockets.

The leather strap which keeps the journal closed has also been designed to secure up to 3 pens or pencils to the front of the book.

The leather used is a vintage brown pull up leather that will age beautifully with use.

The journal's pages are sewn using long-stitch binding with very strong white linen thread and closure is a strap of the same waxed leather used for the inside pockets..

There are 200 blank pages (counting both sides) of natural White Fabriano Accademia drawing Paper at 120 g/m2 which is acid free and age resistant. This paper is ideal for writing, sketching and drawing with dry mediums. There are 5 signatures (sections) and each page has been hand torn giving the book a beautiful deckled edge
